HOW DOES THE LUGGAGE PICKUP AND STORAGE PROCESS WORK?
A waiver of liability must be signed when we arrive to pick up your luggage. We will confirm the drop-off/return time and destination/location. For long term storage of your luggage, it will be stored in a nearby storage facility. Short-term storage will be held on site in a locked room. At the pre-arranged time, your luggage will be returned to you.
WHY DO WE NEED TO SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER FOR STORING OUR LUGGAGE?
We guarantee the safety and security of your luggage. However, your luggage has traveled many miles and has changed hands. To protect ourselves from any losses that may have occurred in that process, a liability waiver form must be signed. Also, we are not responsible for any fragile items that may be damaged in the process of us handling your bags and loading them into our vehicle.
HOW SECURE IS WHC LOCATION?
WHC is occupied 24 hours a day. It is equipped with 8 security cameras surrounding the house; motion lights around the perimeter and a gate key-coded entry system. It is also within a 1/2 mile from two (2) police stations (one of which is a police training station). At ANY given time, you will see several police patrols going up and down the street, to and from the station. There is only so much precaution a traveller can take, but its always nice to know that protection is just AT the corner. Just don't bring the police to our door.
WHY IS WHC ADDRESS IS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?
Since WHC is a home-based operation, we want to ensure additional security of your valuables. It also serves as a safeguard for those who live on premise as well.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE 'PROPERTY ACCESS/GATE CODE ' INFORMATION?
You will receive gate code information/instructions within 5 days of your arrival.
We DO NOT accept local resident request from Chicagoans, unless you are attending a university, a college student or airline employees.
WHY SHOULD I TRUST THIS SERVICE?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In order to receive a 50% refund, your cancellation must be made seven full days prior to confirmation. Any cancellation made within 7 days of your arrival will receive no refund.
MISSED FLIGHT/WEATHER ISSUES?
What if we miss our scheduled pick up due to change of flight time or circumstances beyond our control?
We understand that things do happen at times beyond our control. In such an event, WHC will provide you an in-house credit to use at ANYTIME in the future or you can assign your credit to your friends or family.
